We’re passionate about crêpes. It is as if we have been training for this moment our entire lives…because we have. We are the international team behind Salé Sucré and Bouchée Chocolat. Our classically trained chefs use time-honored recipes to create a variety of classic crêpes from savory crêpes (crêpes salées) to dessert crêpes (crêpes sucrees).
And as anyone who has attempted making crêpes at home will agree, it’s not easy! The batter has to be just so, as does the time, temperature of the pan and mastery of the spatula to perfect the flip.
